IMG currently have 3 UK based telesales hubs and we are looking for target driven and money hungry individuals to join our Birmingham City Centre hub.
The Industrial Maintenance Group is a well-known supplier of maintenance products & chemical solutions. We pride ourselves on having fantastic working relationships with our colleagues and customers and at present have an average service life of approximately 8 years.
Key Tasks/Main Duties:
Working in a sales target driven environment, the role will be making outbound B2B sales calls with the main focus on the ‘building of relationships with the customer’. After 6 months, the role changes slightly in that it will be mainly account management, i.e. ringing the customer every month and selling new products etc., as well as sourcing and developing new customers on a monthly basis.

The applicant needs to have a lively and bubbly personality with a natural ability to talk to people and build relationships. Must be comfortable with the idea of cold calling and have good communication and listening skills. A friendly and outgoing personality, with lots of enthusiasm, is essential for this role with a determination to exceed results. A self motivated and competitive approach, together with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain a positive outlook, is also required.

We are looking for outgoing, friendly people with ambition who are driven, determined and focused. No experience is necessary, just a great personality a natural abilty to engage others in conversation and lots of enthusiasm!
The role involves cold calling businesses and talking to people at all levels with the aim of selling a wide range of our maintenance products. It is important that you have good conversational skills, as a large part of your job will involve building up relationships with the customer and managing accounts on a long term basis.
No experience necessary as we offer full product training, sales skills training and ongoing support.
